SHIPPING:

Standard orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days (M-F) of placing your order. Calinana will verify funds and collect payment at the time your order is placed.

Most packages will be delivered via the US Postal Service. Please be aware that we do not insure the delivery unless you choose to add insurance at an additional cost during checkout.

Shipping rates will be estimated at the time your order is placed. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of each item can be found in the details section on the individual product page on our website. All weights will be rounded up to the next pound for shipment estimations.

We are able to ship merchandise to addresses in the United States and in some cases, Canada. Unfortunately, we will not be able to fulfill international orders at this time.

RETURN POLICY:

Returns will be accepted for new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery and will be eligible for a full refund or replacement. If the return is a result of our negligence, such as defective or incomplete merchandise, we will pay the shipping cost to send the item back. If the item is being returned for any other reason, the shipping fees will not be compensated.

Refunds will be issued within four weeks of notifying us and confirming the return shipment. This timeframe is an estimation based on standard processing timelines – we will always strive to resolve the return and issue any refunds as quickly as possible.

If you need to request a return, please contact us at help@calinana.com and include your original order number along with a brief outline on why the item isn’t meeting your standards. If the item is broken or damaged, please also include a photo along with your request. We will reply within 24 business hours with directions on next steps and, when applicable, include a paid shipping label so you can easily send the item back to us.

GROUPON USERS: If you purchased your item with a voucher from Groupon, please contact them to request a refund. If you’d like to request a replacement for an item purchased with your Groupon voucher, please contact us at help@calinana.com. IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the natural state of many of the materials used to create our jewelry, some slight fading or color variations may take place. At the same time, some pieces may not be resistant to prolonged exposure to sun, sand, or chemicals. As a result, we do not honor exchanges or refunds when changes of this type occur.

  1. Will all jewelry be identical to the jewelry shown in the photographs?

    A: The jewelry might not be identical to the photograph due to the nature of the material and the use of available findings. This will not change the overall look of your jewelry products. You will be pleased with the appearance and quality of our jewelry.

  2. Can I make a special request, change sizes or substitute colors or beads in your jewelry designs?

    A: Yes, since all items are made to order you may email us your request either prior to ordering or with your order. You will be emailed back with an respond immediately.

  3. Where is the jewelry made?

    A: All jewelry is handmade in CA, USA.

  4. How do I care for my jewelry?

    A: Since much of this jewelry contains crystals and metals, it suggested that you not wear it during sports, in the shower or tub as this will accelerate tarnishing of the silver and gold.

  5. What is the store’s return Policy?

    A: Items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.

  6. What if my jewelry breaks?

    A: Calinana will repair any of its creations that might break within 90 days, free of charge, except for shipping charges.
